As clinicians, we are invited into stories of pain, resilience, survival, and transformation every day. To do this work well—and sustainably—we need spaces where we can continue learning, deepen our clinical skills, and remain connected to a community of thoughtful practitioners.
Learning trauma therapy is about more than mastering interventions. It requires developing the capacity to sit with complexity, trust your clinical intuition, understand the nervous system, navigate therapeutic relationships, and remain grounded in yourself while supporting others.
Whether you are a pre-licensed clinician, early-career therapist, or seasoned practitioner, this bi-monthly consultation group offers a supportive learning community for clinicians who want to deepen their trauma work through relational, somatic, attachment-focused, and decolonizing approaches.

My Approach to Consultation
My consultation style is collaborative, relational, and deeply rooted in trauma-focused care.
I believe consultation should be a space where clinicians feel supported enough to take risks, ask questions, make mistakes, and grow. Together, we explore not only what is happening with clients, but also what is happening within us as therapists. After all, our presence is one of the most important tools we bring into the therapy room.
My work is informed by:
- Attachment Theory
- Interpersonal Neurobiology
- Brainspotting
- IFS-Informed Parts Work
- Somatic and Nervous System Approaches
- Feminist and Liberation Psychology
- Decolonizing Clinical Practice
Since 2020, I have facilitated trauma-focused consultation and supervision groups in a variety of settings, supporting both pre-licensed and licensed clinicians in developing confidence and competence in trauma treatment. In addition to my clinical work, I have been teaching graduate-level counseling courses at CIIS since 2024 and most recently developed and taught a course focused specifically on trauma.
At the heart of all of my work is a deep passion for trauma healing and a commitment to remaining a lifelong learner in this ever-evolving field.
