Empowering Women to Thrive through Therapy

"My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive: And to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor and some style"

Welcome! I am so glad you are here.

At Survive 2 Thrive, we specialize in working with women from all walks of life. We believe that women need a safe space which is exclusively for them in order to heal from mental health challenges. Women have struggled for centuries in a world which has been created for men. This healing space is for women by women.

In alignment with the fourth wave of feminism with its focus on technology and intersectionality, this space is for all women identified folx including LGBTQIA+ and women of color. In fact, we specialize in working with women who have multiple cultural intersectional identities and as a result have experienced oppression or belong to a community which has been historically oppressed.

Whatever you have survived in your life, we are here to help you move from surviving to thriving.

Whether you have survived a difficult childhood, immigration to a new country, becoming a parent, unexpected loss of a loved one, a pandemic, a natural disaster, an eating disorder, an abusive relationship, sexual assault, racial oppression, bullying, workplace sexism; the list goes on. We are all survivors of something in the world we live in today. You will know that you need help when the old ways of being stop working. This may manifest as mental health issues such as depression and anxiety, relationship distress, career dissatisfaction, physical illness etc. If your time has come to begin your journey, we are here to support you to stop surviving and start thriving, living the life you are truly meant to live.

At Survive 2 Thrive, we believe in providing multiple options for clients to choose from for their healing. Please see below the current service offerings including individual therapy, group therapy, intensives and consulting services. We offer a free 20 minutes consultation call to help you determine if we are a good fit for your mental health needs and support you with customizing your healing journey.
